About PRFactory
A place where you watch and steer a team of AI agents planning and building an epic.
Our Mission
Developers should spend their time on judgement, not on coordination. PRFactory takes the AI coding agents a team already uses and gives them a process to run inside: an epic cut into slices anyone can start, a team of agents you can see working, and a human decision at every point where a decision belongs to a human.
Our Values
◈ Visible work
An agent you cannot watch is an agent you cannot trust. Every agent's role, state and output is on the ticket while it runs.
⛨ Trust
Your code and credentials are yours. Agents run on your machine; PRFactory stores the artefacts your team collaborates on.
◇ Developer-first
Built by developers, for developers. Bring the agents and the subscriptions you already have.
Our Story
PRFactory started from a simple observation: developers spend too much time on the coordination around the work rather than the work. Reading tickets, writing plans, chasing reviews. Necessary work, and expensive.
The first version ran one agent per work item, in the dark, until an artefact appeared. That was honest for its time and it is no longer what the product is: a lead agent now runs a team, and an epic is cut into slices before anyone starts building.
What has not changed is who decides. AI does the work; humans approve. We are just getting started.
Built With
Your own AI agents
Claude Code, Codex and other CLI agents via the built-in MCP server or the local worker, running on your machine, on the subscription you already have.
An agent-team host
The local worker hosts a lead agent that spawns child agents in other harnesses, persists the team, and adopts or resumes it after a restart.
.NET 10 and Blazor Server
Built on the modern, high-performance .NET platform, with a token-driven UI that is correct in dark and light mode.
Multi-tenant by design
Strict tenant isolation, encrypted credentials, and agents that run on your machine.
